Dayton Performance Motorsports is your one stop shop for performance parts, installation and dyno tuning.
We have the latest DynoJet model 224XLC which is a loading cell dyno, perfect for tuning turbo and supercharged cars.
We are located at 4681 Pinnacle Road, Dayton, Ohio 45417. Our facility encompasses over 2 acres with over 5000 square feet of shop, which includes
an engine assembly clean room, newly remodeled showroom and office area, and of course our dyno area. We have four lifts, with one being a 4 post rack
that we use for setting up suspension and chassis. What does that mean to you? It means quick service and no long waits for an appointment to get in.
We add equipment often, and so far we have a cylinder head porting station, cylinder head valve grinding and seat grinding
equipment, and many state of the art measuring tools for the engine room. We also have a sand blasting cabinet and our own torque plates for honing and assembly.
We stock hundreds of parts for late model 4.6 and 5.0 mustangs, and for LS1 Camaros, and soon we will have late model Hemi and Challenger parts and tuning software.
This includes parts for suspension and handling, engine performance, transmissions, rear axles, interior, and even body parts.
We offer custom and crate engines for all of your racing and performance needs. Our rebuilt T5 transmissions are competitively priced and are warranted.
Our staff has one goal, to serve you politely and only recommend the parts you will need, without steering you to the high priced parts only.

Well the 2009 season saw a lot of progress for the Dayton Performance race team. We finished 6 in points at the end of the season. We held the 5th spot for most of the season, but the points chase wasn't kind, lol. That is the best finish for our program since we started racing.

Well, when we moved into our new shop two years ago this January, it was a mess. It was basically a 4 year old building that needed a complete remodel and update to make it a clean, modern, efficient speed shop/repair center with a functional showroom and office. We also remodelled the front restroom for customer use. This shop has two restrooms, one is used by employees in the shop area.

We had the opportunity to race and appear on the Speed channel show Pinks! this year. The episode was the season premier and aired on February 20, 2008. It has also been rerun twice since its premier. Dayton Performance built the engine and donated all of time and parts for the build.
